Placing an Order
Once you have added items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your order, select the green "checkout" button. If this is your first purchase, you will need to select the "Create New Account" button. Creating an account prevents you from having to re-enter your billing information the next time you place an order. We do not store credit card information so it will need to be re-entered for each purchase. This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. Your password protected account will also hold reward points that are deposited to your account with each purchase.
You will receive an email order confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please review it carefully to ensure all the information is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 1 hour after placing your order, please email us to confirm your order was accepted.
Changing an Order
We process orders very quickly. If you notice a discrepancy, after you place your order, please notify us immediately by email with your changes. If your order has not been processed, we will be able make the changes for you.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped. Orders usually ship the same or next business day. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please email us to check the status of your order.
Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number link that can be clicked to display the status of your package. You can also log directly into your "My Account" page and click the tracking number displayed for an order. Status information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day.
Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. However, you may refuse the package and receive a full refund (less shipping) once we receive the refused package.
If an item is not in stock, we will display an "Out of Stock" notice which prevents you from adding the item to you shopping cart. In rare cases, daily orders may exceed our supply before the "Out of Stock" notification is displayed. If this happens, we will ship your order and send the backordered item separately as soon as stock arrives. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second package.
